User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter Agreement) regulates the relationship between Wizard Technologies LLP (hereinafter plugin.poplanu.com or Administration) on the one hand and the website user on the other. The plugin.poplanu.com website is not a mass media.

By using the site, you agree to the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not use the plugin.poplanu.com website!

Rights and Responsibilities of the Parties

User has the right:

• to receive information on the site
• to create information for the site
• to copy information to other sites with an indication of the source
• to use site information for personal non-commercial purposes
• to use site information for commercial purposes without special permission

Administration has the right:

• at its discretion and necessity to create, change, cancel rules
• to restrict access to any information on the site
• to create, change, delete information

User is obliged:

• not to distribute information that is aimed at propaganda of war, inciting national, racial or religious hatred and enmity, as well as other information for the dissemination of which criminal or administrative liability is provided

• not to disrupt the functionality of the site

• not to create multiple accounts on the Site if they actually belong to the same person

• not to transfer the use of your account and/or login and password of your account to third parties

• not to post materials of advertising, erotic, pornographic or offensive nature, as well as other information, the placement of which is prohibited or contradicts the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation

• not to use scripts (programs) for automated collection of information and/or interaction with the Site and its Services

Administration is obliged:

• to maintain the functionality of the site except in cases when it is impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Administration.
• to protect information the dissemination of which is limited or prohibited by laws by issuing a warning or deleting the user account of the user who violated the rules

Responsibility of the Parties

• the user bears full personal responsibility for the information he/she disseminates

• the administration bears no responsibility for the accuracy of information copied from other sources

• the administration is not responsible for the mismatch between the expected services by the User and the actually received services

• the administration bears no responsibility for the services provided by third parties

• in the event of a force majeure situation (military operations, state of emergency, natural disaster, etc.), the Administration does not guarantee the safety of the information posted by the User, as well as the uninterrupted operation of the information resource

Terms of the Agreement

This Agreement takes effect at any use of this site. The Agreement ceases to be effective when a new version of it appears. The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement at its discretion. The Administration does not notify users of changes to the Agreement.
